Our food is made fresh and mostly from local producers this gives us the edge when preparing seasonal dishes. Autumn, Winter, Spring or Summer, our food’s main ingredients are always available.

Our family run restaurant, is located in a fine Tudor building in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex. In the kitchen, our authentic Italian Chef, Daniele Patane from Catania Sicily and his team aim to combine Italian ingredients that are fresh and in season, along with the finest local produce to create hearty, tasty and succulent dishes.
Daniele was born in Catania on the Italian island of Sicily. His home town is famous for its amazing and boisterous fish market, and the many seafood restaurants cooking only the finest local produce along the sea front and in the old town’s narrow streets.
